The staff was always very kind and very friendly. Ready to help whenever the need rised. The Hotel is also very well located, allowing the guest to quickly reach any destination via tram or ferry. It also is very close to some of the most attractive nightlife spots in the city.

The hotel is decorated with a lot of creativity and a big heart! It truly feels like home. The owners are adorable, they love their city and their hotel and want to share that with anyone who is open to the Istanbuli experience. We will definitely come back, we loved it!

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for 2 nights in February. The staff at Portus House Istanbul were incredibly friendly and provided warm welcomes and great recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring, with a leisurely walk to the old city and the ferry to cross the Bosphorus. There were also plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. I highly recommend Portus House Istanbul for a great experience.

Position and cleanliness of the room.

The very helpful staff upgraded us to an air conditioned room on lower floors. We loved the staff, they helped us with everything.

Super hotel situated in perfect place in Istanbul (100m from the tram station). The personal was very very kind. The rooms are new and very clear. We have wonderful time there. We have parked free, right in front of it. There is a very big parking in 50m.

We have hardly find the hotel because it has only tent with name on it. Everything else was great.

Its location is unbeatable, within short walking distance to Galata Tower. A tower and a gallery are nestled walking distance to the venue.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the local area. The trendy neighborhood provides easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars, while also being within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The shared bathroom is spotless, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely with fresh bread, jams, and coffee readily available.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of noise at night, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

We stayed at the Portus Hotel for 2 nights and from the time we walked through the front door until the time we left they were so helpful and caring. The couple who owns the hotel are very kind and took a genuine interest in getting to know us. It's a small, fun, nicely decorated hotel that is located in a great spot (on the Asia side of Istanbul). We were very close to the tram and only several stops away from the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc.) The rooms were extremely affordable. Great place!
